Meet the winners of the new Textio Growth Mindset Award

Not unlike our customers, Textio strongly believes that creating an inclusive workplace is an ongoing practice, not a destination. The launch of Textio U and the Inclusive Recruiting Certification in the summer of 2021 was a big step in providing our community with resources to encourage mindful, inclusive communication. And wow our community of Textio users show up—more than 1,700 individuals have earned their certification to date.

Today’s winners have earned the Textio Growth Mindset Award. This award recognizes organizations with the greatest share of users who completed and earned their Inclusive Recruiting Certification through Textio U. They demonstrate that they’re a team of life-long learners, eager to understand how to best connect to others. We celebrate their commitment to and action towards a growth mindset.

This list features all award recipients who granted Textio permission to use their names publicly. Each company was eligible to receive one metrics-based award. To qualify, an organization had to rank among the top 5% of organizations in their category, have earned at least 5 certifications, and have been a Textio customer since June 2021.
