Textio a finalist for the SxSW Interactive Innovation Awards

SxSW Interactive Conference is an annual showcase of the future of technology. This year Textio was selected to join in the revelry as a part of the Interactive Innovation Awards.

The Interactive Innovation Awards honor “the most forward-thinking advancements in the digital space.” Textio will be highlighted as one of “2018’s most innovative digital projects” at the Finalist Showcase on Saturday, March 9, stop by our booth from noon to 5 pm at the Austin Convention Center, Hall 1 in booth 2016. And fingers crossed Textio will take home the gold in the AI & Machine Learning category at the Interactive Innovation Awards ceremony on Monday, March 11.

Textio Hire was named a finalist because of the platforms “ability to adapt to changing data, stimuli, and circumstances; replicating learning, problem solving, and cognition.” Textio Hire, uses AI & machine learning to tells you who will apply to your job post, or respond to your recruiting messages, based on the language you’ve included in them. As you’re writing, Textio Hire compares your language to the language of the most successful job posts and recruiting emails in your industry to predict your hiring and suggest improvements.

CB Insights also recognized Textio as a part of their AI 100 list for the third year in a row. Textio was selected as one of the “100 AI companies that are driving transformation across a number of industries and which are taking on a variety of large societal issues ranging from disaster management to cancer diagnosis to detecting fake news,” according to CB Insights CEO Anand Sanwal.
