You asked and we listened: Textio guidance is now available in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Talent teams who use the SuccessFactors ATS can now access Textio language insights right where they already work. Bringing Textio into your team’s existing workflow makes it easier to ensure your hiring content is consistently inclusive, engaging, and on-brand.
With the Textio extension for SuccessFactors, you can access the Textio Score, gender tone meter, age graph, and inclusive language suggestions from the job requisition page. The guidance kicks in to help you improve your writing once you’ve written 50 words or more.
You can also import job descriptions from your Textio library into SuccessFactors with the click of a button.
