Announcing the recipients of our first-ever Textio Awards

Every year, Textio customers lead their industries in pioneering inclusive hiring strategies to build more diverse and equitable workplaces. Our customers inspire us every day with their leadership, and we’re delighted to showcase their hard work with our first-ever Textio Awards Program.

This week, we’re thrilled to recognize the companies whose achievements in Textio have earned them the Textio Leadership Award.

The Textio Leadership Award recognizes organizations with the highest-average Textio Score for job posts written in 2020. The Textio Score measures how closely the language of a job post tracks to Textio’s guidance based on the predicted impact of that language.

To earn this award, an organization’s recruiters and hiring managers must work closely together to ensure that all job posts meet an organization’s quality and inclusion standards. They understand better than anyone the impact that words can have, and they make every word count.

Congratulations to these leaders!
