Kieran Snyder (she/her)

Kieran Snyder is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientist Emeritus at Textio. She currently serves as Founder in Residence at Operator Collective and runs the weekly nerd processor newsletter, where she tells viral data stories about AI and the future of work. Kieran’s work on workplace communication, AI, and technology have been featured by Fortune, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and many others. She was Geekwire's CEO of the Year in 2021. In 2023, she was invited to brief Congress on bias in AI and she was named to the Forbes Future of Work 50. Prior to founding Textio, Kieran earned her PhD in natural language processing at Penn and spent a decade creating the world’s most impactful language products as a product and engineering leader at Microsoft and Amazon.

Rocki Howard, founder of Diversiology.IO and Grown Woman Life podcast host, is an acclaimed diversity strategist and 2022 and 2023 SIA Diversity Influencer, and one of SIA's Global Power 150 Women in Staffing. A member of the Forbes HR Council, she's been featured on ABC News and key podcasts, advocating for DEIB at major events, and is an advisor for EQ.app, Informed Decisions, Textio, and Wedge HR. Rocki is a voice for engaged and inclusive work cultures and believes in changing the world, one story, one conversation, and one action at a time.
