Hiring teams can now access all of Textio’s extensive and up-to-date language performance data, in real time as they write.

Use the Textio central library to store your highest quality job posts for your hiring team to access right as they are in Workday. By clicking, ‘Import from Textio’, you can pull in your best language, and see Textio’s language guidance, score, gender tone meter and age graph appear. Alternatively, you can start writing from scratch and see Textio’s guidance appear after 50 words.
