Textio’s Workday integration puts data-powered language insights right at the fingertips of recruiters and hiring managers as they write job posts in Workday, simplifying workflows by eliminating the need to switch systems. Hiring teams can now access all of Textio’s extensive and up-to-date language performance data, in real time as they write.

Optimize workflows while maintaining brand consistency

Use the Textio central library to store your highest quality job posts for your hiring team to access right as they are in Workday. By clicking, ‘Import from Textio’, you can pull in your best language, and see Textio’s language guidance, score, gender tone meter and age graph appear. Alternatively, you can start writing from scratch and see Textio’s guidance appear after 50 words.
