Who gets the most useless feedback at work?
Your top performers get the lowest-quality feedback, and it's worst for high-performing women
Textio’s latest data on workplace bias reveals that organizations’ highest performers—who have the most job options and expect the greatest career support—are also getting the least helpful feedback. We also found that race and gender have a significant impact on the feedback that people internalize—and they’re more likely to internalize feedback that aligns with social stereotypes.
