If you comb through millions of job posts from Sydney and compare the language used in them to how fast those jobs get filled, you might notice some statistically significant patterns. We did that — or more accurately, we asked Textio’s predictive engine to do it — and we came up with these 7 key phrases. All of them are around 4 times as likely to result in a faster hire than average for Sydney.

“global integrated solutions”
“uncapped commission structure”
“strong work ethic”

Of course, you probably shouldn’t promise “uncapped commission structures” or “flexible working hours” if you don’t actually offer those things at your company. Just saying.
